Orc Warrior

Belgium - GMT+1

Please introduce yourself. We would like to know more about your background and experience in WoW, especially vanilla WoW (private servers included)

Hello, I'm a no-life gamer with pretty much nothing else to do but gaming.

I'll keep my wow experience down to Vanilla/Classic content only since that seems to be most relevant atleast.

I started playing WoW pretty late into retail Vanilla, maining a mage and getting down Spider quarter in Naxx only.

When Nostalrius released, I leveled on Alliance side, maxing a Dwarf Hunter but seeing myself sick of the game, because I just don't like Alliance at all.
When Nostalrius re-released in the form of Elysium, I decided to roll an Orc Warrior named Letmetankpls, I had a lot to learn about Warrior so I would make it my personal goal to be the best at it as I could. I played in a lot of different serious raiding guilds on Elysium-Lightbringer, whilst also taning and hosting my own MC's and several ZG's/AQ20's. I ended up killing KT with Dankk Budz Collective.

When Northdale released, I decided to go even harder than before. I started out rolling with Progress on Horde side, but they quickly gave up because a bunch of the leadership quit Vanilla at that time to get more into the retail scene with BfA freshly released at that time.
I continued seeking a hardcore environment to raid in and raided alongside a ton of very experienced and skilled players who are currently in top tier guilds across the world. After Progress disbanded, I joined "Relax is oil money", where Cadet (currently in APES) asked me to join them. I always had a good connection with Cadet, so this wasn't a tough choice for me to make. After a few months, Relax also disbanded because of their leadership burning out and quitting the game at that time aswell. I went back to Dankk Budz Collective after Relax disbanded, since I still knew a lot of players there and they seemed to have a more serious approach to the game compared to Elysium-Lightbringer. Even though DBC wasn't the hardcore environment I originally had in mind, I do believe me raiding with them brought me to a higher level of gameplay, since my overall awareness in the game got boosted (there was always something/someone to look out for that could screw up the raids, unfortuntately).
During all this time, I was hosting and co-hosting a lot of MC/BWL and also AQ40 PuG raids later on. Most of these were organized by Cadet and myself, always successfully clearing every raid within a very decent time.
I kept raiding with DBC, even though I did get offers from top tier gulds to join them and have a fixed raidspot in their core rosters. My ambition has always been my main motivator in gaming, however my sense of responsibility and loyalty made me helping DBC kill KT on Northdale. I befriended a lot of players during my stay (Sqnk to name one) and this also had a big influence on why I stayed for their full progression.
After DBC got their first kill on KT in Northdale, I felt I had done my job there and accepted the offer to raid with Salad Bakers to push my limits once more.
The goal in Salad Bakers was always very straightforward: come fully prepared, be the best you can be and gas gas gas! I was a part of a community that didn't fuck around and only wanted to go for speedruns, nothing less. With Salad Bakers I was once again reunited with a bunch of top tier players from around the globe (I raided alongside Sigu aswell here) and the peak was us clearing Naxxramas in a world record time for Horde of 1 hour 16 mins.

With Classic around the corner, I had a lot of guilds to pick from, but unfortunately all of the top tier guilds that asked me were rolling Alliance. Since I never enjoyed playing Alliance in Vanilla, I therefore decided to create the guild <Focus> together with Sqnk who I met during my time in DBC.
The journey wasn't easy, we pretty much had to recruit and build everything up from scratch. Even though we were never really a hardcore guild, we still wanted our roster to give it their all and keep pushing their limits. For a guild that started from scratch, I do have to say I'm proud of what we were able to reach before the trend of quality and performance started to take a dip. We lost too many valuable core raiders in the last weeks due to people getting stuck in queues/having to quit the game because of their RL situations regarding the Corona virus, etc. Sqnk and myself tried to keep going and doing pretty much everything we could to improve the quality of the raid again, but for every new promising recruit, we lost 2 core raiders because of the reasons forementioned.
We eventually decided to have a last raid where we would just clear everything that day (last Wednesday) and so people would have a full reset to figure out what they were going to do. We think this was the best and most respectful way towards our roster to bring closure to <Focus>.

Which previous Classic guilds have you been a part of?

<Focus> as previously mentioned, where I was GM, MT and raidleader.

Why are you applying to Senseless?

Only real hardccore guild on Horde Firemaw.

How much time will you be able to invest/play and raiding. In a vanilla guild this often means long commitment while waiting for all the content to be released and cleared. How do you feel about having to do same old raids over and over again?

I've been playing this game for over 6 years now and there's no other game I enjoy playing for a long period of time. This won't be an issue.

Please link a screenshot of your raiding UI with the applied class (you can use Make sure that your keybinds and addons are set up, as we are very interested in inspecting them.

I'm currently still in queue, however I do want to get this app done asap. I hope this list of my addons will be enough for now:

Which specc will you be using with lvl 60 (Use as OT, I'd switch the points from Imp Taunt to Imp HS to MT. Fury/Impale as DPS ofcourse.

Pls show us your current Gear using the following link:
Do you have a problem with any of the requirements written above(summoner, one fixed profession etc.)?

What will you choose as second profession?

Currently mining, no problem if this needs to change.

Would you be willing to adjust your specc for the benefit of the raid?

There will be specific raidaddons that every raider will have to install, are you ok with that?

We require all our Raiders to use Discord during raids and for out-of-game chat/announcements/world boss alerts. We expect everyone to have it configured. Are you fine with that? here is the link to our guilds Discord and pls post post your discord tag so we can contact you if needed

Yes. Letmetankpls#9146

Is there someone currently in the guild that could or would vouch for you?

Raided with Sigu in Salad Bakers. Invalid/Carmelita are previous raiders from Focus. More ex-Focus players will apply sooner or later I'm sure.

Favourite Vanilla encounter(not mandatory)

As tank definitely 4HM, as DPS it's tied between C'thun and KT.

What are your goals and expectations from the guild or the game?

To raid in a hardcore environment again where everyone has the same mindset, gets excited to push their limits and break records.

Why do you think you would be a bigger asset to the guild over someone else?

Mainly my experience. I have full experience of every Vanilla encounter in any role as a warrior, whether it's as MT, OT or DPS.

Anything you would like us to know, for example a day you can not play at all weekly(not mandatory)?

I'd like to mention that I can join Senseless in any role that is needed. I'm not here to claim the role of maintank or push out any tank out your current roster if they're reliable and high performing players. I can adapt in any role that is needed for the guild, however I won't settle for anything less than a spot in your main/core raid.

I'd also like to mention that I would highly suggest accepting the application of Sqnk, he's a player that is always at the top of his game and is very eager to always perform better than anyone else.

Hey there,

can you link your UI too please?
